To ensure we can provide the best service to all our students, EE Driving School operates a fair cancellation and rescheduling policy. By booking a lesson with us, you agree to the following terms:

Individual Lessons & Block Bookings

• Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual lesson.
• Late Cancellation: Failure to provide the required 48 hours’ notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged (or the loss of a pre-paid hour from a block booking).

Intensive Courses

• Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule an intensive course.
• Late Cancellation: Failure to provide the required 1 week’s notice will result in the loss of the course fee.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our instructors’ schedules effectively.
